Full Design Bespoke Package

This is the "creme de la creme" of design packages.

 

Any work on your home is stressful; it is messy, can be frustrating and sometimes you can feel overwhelmed and disheartened.

Let me help alleviate some of the stress by being your guiding hand throughout the process. By choosing my Full design package you are investing in your home and your future, from the very start of us working together you will feel empowered to create the home you have always craved.

 

Our initial meeting to discuss the project, see the space and get to know one another will make you feel confident in your choices. After a thorough site survey, I will then go away and diligently work on your designs, regularly contacting you to keep you updated on proceedings. After a few weeks, I will present your scheme with samples where necessary. 

Once you are completely satisfied with the designs we will then move on to the construction phase (if required) and implementation of the design. I can help liaise with the trades, with working documents for decorators, curtain makers etc and finally help with styling.

This package will include:

• Site visits, as appropriate for each phase.

• Full detailed design for each space compiling scale layouts, with up to 3 options.

• 3D visuals of each room

• Colour scheme with decorating schedules for the decorator

• Electrical layouts and lighting plans with full specification

• Furniture specification and 'Shopping List'

• Bespoke Joinery Design

• Window treatment design and specification with curtain maker schedule.

• Liaising with tradespeople when appropriate*

• Styling the space upon completion*
