Arrange a Consultation (£195)
In this comprehensive session, I’ll take a detailed brief, get to know your space, and delve into your project’s specific requirements. The consultation fee is fully refundable against your final balance if you proceed with the project.​

 

What to Expect

Step 1: Quotation & Design Brief
Following our consultation, you’ll receive a bespoke design brief and a detailed quotation tailored to your project’s needs.

Step 2: Design Concept
Within three weeks of agreeing to the proposal and the deposit has been paid, I’ll present a tailored design concept. This stage focuses on refining the vision for your space and aligning it with your lifestyle and preferences.

Step 3: Design Development
Once approved, the concept evolves into a fully realised design plan, presented at your home. This includes:

  • Mood Boards: Printed and digital boards featuring one cohesive design option.

  • Furniture & Materials: Carefully curated pieces, materials, and finishes tailored to your space.

  • Detailed Plans: A digital floor plan and one feature wall elevation.

  • Custom Joinery: A bespoke joinery design if required.

  • Samples: Physical sample boards showcasing finishes, fabrics, and other key elements.

  • Revisions: Up to three revisions of the chosen design (additional revisions charged at £80/hour).

Optional Add-Ons

Enhance your project with optional extras for a fully bespoke experience:

  • Custom Joinery Designs: Tailored storage or furniture solutions.

  • Lighting & Electrical Plans: Optimise functionality and ambiance.

  • Additional Elevations: Extra details for specific areas of your home.

Project Details

  • Minimum Spend: £5,000 per room.

    • If the minimum spend is not met, the difference will apply.

    • Window treatments, wallpaper, and lighting carry a 30% procurement fee, plus a separate supplier installation fee.

    • Delivery charges are quoted separately and not included in procurement fees.

  • Procurement Fee: 30% on purchased items.
