FULL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE
You've waited long enough. Do it once. Do it properly.
You have a clear sense of how you want your home to feel — considered, personal, unlike anything generic. What you don't have is the time, the trade contacts, or the design knowledge to make hundreds of decisions well, in the right order, without something going wrong halfway through.
The Full Interior Design Service takes that entire weight off you. From the first conversation to the final room styled, it's all handled. What you're left with is a home that feels more resolved — more you — than you imagined possible.

A home that feels collected, not decorated.
Clients who've been through this process consistently say the same thing: the end result was more considered than they expected. Not because I impose a look — but because I listen carefully enough to understand what they actually want, and then I have the expertise to execute it properly.
Every room connects. Every decision has been thought through. The details that would have taken you months to resolve have been handled, and the home you've been imagining is finally, genuinely there.
This is for you if
You're ready to invest in your home properly — not piecemeal, not one room at a time while hoping it eventually coheres, but the whole thing, done right. You want someone you can trust completely to manage the process, handle the complexity, and keep your vision at the centre of every decision.
You don't want a designer's home. You want yours.
When creating your dream home feels overwhelming…
Designing or renovating your home involves hundreds of choices — layouts, lighting, finishes, furniture, fittings — and each decision affects the next.
Without a clear plan, it’s easy to:
-
Feel unsure how to bring all the elements together.
-
Spend time or money on items that don’t work as expected.
-
Lose confidence or momentum partway through the process.
Working with a full-service designer takes away the uncertainty and gives you a professional eye to guide every step — so your home feels cohesive, elevated, and uniquely yours.
How the Full Interior Design Service works
Every project is different, and the process is shaped around you. But here's what every project includes:
Discovery & briefing — We start with a conversation about how you live, what you want your home to feel like, and what success looks like for you. Not your Pinterest board — you, specifically.
Concept & design development — Floorplans, moodboards and initial concepts explore layout, flow, atmosphere and style. This is where the vision becomes concrete.
Detailed design — We refine everything together: furniture, lighting, materials, finishes, bespoke joinery where relevant. Every element is considered as part of a whole.
Procurement & coordination — Sourcing, orders, trades, timelines. We handle it. You don't need to chase anyone, cross-reference anything, or worry about whether it will all arrive on time.
Installation & styling — The final stage, where everything comes together. Each room is styled to completion — the details that take a home from finished to finished.
Every project is scoped and priced individually, reflecting its size and complexity.
Projects begin with a Discovery Call, followed by an Initial Consultation at £195 — which is deducted from your design fee if you go ahead.
After the consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal covering design stages, timeline and full investment.
-
Minimum room spend: £5,000 (excluding fees)
-
Procurement fee: 30% on purchased items
-
Trade coordination fee: 10%
Available across Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds. Further afield by arrangement.

"One of the things I valued most was how she liaised with all the trades on my behalf. Rebecca coordinated everything seamlessly, which completely took the stress away from me. I felt confident knowing she was overseeing the details and making sure everything was finished to the highest standard.
The result is a home that feels more considered, functional, and beautiful than I could ever have achieved on my own. Rebecca not only helped me create an apartment I love living in, but she also gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend Bailey&Co Interior Design highly enough to anyone considering a renovation or full home design project."
S. B. - Full Conversion Project

Hi, I'm Rebecca — interior designer and founder of Bailey&Co.
I work with homeowners across Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds who want a home that genuinely reflects who they are. My approach is always collaborative — I have a strong design point of view, but it's always in service of your vision, never instead of it. The result is a home that feels personal and considered in a way that's hard to achieve alone.
Frequently Asked Questions – Full Interior Design Service
What does the Full Design Service include? Everything from initial concept through to a fully resolved scheme and styled rooms. This includes moodboards, curated furniture and material selections, detailed floor plans, elevations, custom joinery design where needed, physical sample boards, procurement, trade coordination and final styling. Every stage is managed — you don't need to hold any of it.
How long does it take? It depends on the scale of the project. Typically, the design concept is presented within three weeks of confirming your proposal and deposit. Whole-home projects and renovations take longer — you'll receive a clear timeline at the outset so you always know where things stand.
Do I need to have a clear vision before we start? No. Some clients come with strong ideas and a direction they want to explore. Others simply know how they want their home to feel. Both are completely fine — my job is to draw that out and translate it into something real, including bringing ideas you hadn't considered.
How involved do I need to be? As much or as little as you'd like. Some clients want to be closely involved at every stage; others prefer to hand the process over and be presented with decisions rather than manage them. The project adapts to you. Either way, nothing happens without your approval.
Can you manage the whole project, including trades? Yes. Coordinating suppliers, overseeing tradespeople, managing timelines and ensuring everything is installed correctly — that's all part of the service. You shouldn't have to think about any of it.
What's the minimum spend? The minimum spend is £5,000 per room, excluding fees. If this isn't reached, the difference is applied to your final balance. It reflects the level of investment needed to do the work properly.
Do you work on renovations and new builds? Yes — single rooms, full home renovations, conversions, new builds. The service is designed to flex around the project, not the other way around.
Can you design bespoke joinery or furniture? Yes. Custom joinery — built-in storage, wardrobes, bespoke cabinetry — is something we handle regularly and can make a significant difference to how a room feels and functions.
What if I want changes to the design? The service includes up to three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available at £80 per hour if needed.
What areas do you cover? Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds, with projects further afield considered by arrangement.
A home that finally feels like you. Properly.
If you're ready to stop putting it off and start doing it right, the first step is a Discovery Call. No commitment, no pressure — just a conversation about your home and what's possible.
