Colour & Pattern Workshop

INTRODUCTION
Join me for a day of exploring colour and pattern and learn how to successfully use it in your own home.
Together we’ll look into colour theory and psychology, finding out why we love the colours we do and how you can use this knowledge to create the home you’ve always wanted.
By learning about patterns and how to combine them I will give you the confidence to bring pattern into your home and curate a space which is truly yours.

Exclusive access. There are only 10 places available so our intimate group will have exclusive access to my years of experience working with colour in Interior Design.
Confidence. After our workshop you’ll feel confident to work on your own home and put together unique colour schemes which express your personality.

Introduction to the day
10:30 - 11:30
Understanding colour theory and psychology. We’ll try creating a few colour schemes using different colour palettes
11:30 - 11:45 - Coffee break
11:45 - 12:45
Understanding Pattern mixing. How to mix patterns in the same space, understanding pattern scaling and choosing complementary patterns. We’ll mix fabrics and wallpapers to see how patterns work together.
12:45 - 13:15 - Lunch

Create a mood board for a room in your home. Using magazines, paint samples etc to bring together a mood board that resonates with you.
13:45 - 14:45
Create a colour scheme for a room in your home. Using paint samples and fabrics to work alongside existing furniture to design a space that works for you.
14:45 - 15:00
Share your boards with everyone if you're happy to, with time for questions at the end.
