DESIGNER HALF-DAY CONSULTATION

You have good taste. What you need is someone to help you trust it.

You've been looking at your home for long enough to know something isn't working. The rooms feel unfinished, or disconnected, or just not quite you — even though you've put real thought into it. You've got ideas, references, a sense of what you want. But when it comes to actually committing — to a colour, a layout, a direction — something stops you.

That's not a taste problem. It's a confidence problem. And it's exactly what a Designer Half-Day is for.

You look at inspiration online and think,
“I love that… but how do I make that work here?”

You know what you want your home to feel like — cohesive, elevated, intentional — you just can’t yet visualise how to bring it all together.

Not because you’re not capable.
But because you’re busy.
You’re time-poor.
You don’t have the design knowledge or the trained eye to confidently connect all the moving pieces.
And honestly? You shouldn’t have to.

This is where the Designer half-day Consultation changes everything

Four hours. Two or three rooms. Total clarity.

By the end of our session, you won't just have a list of suggestions. You'll have a clear, considered direction for your home — one that connects your rooms, reflects how you actually live, and feels entirely like you rather than a composite of things you found online.

The decisions that have been sitting in your head for months get made. Properly, and with confidence.

This isn't a surface-level look. We spend unto four hours going deep — walking through two to three rooms together, looking at layout, light, colour, materials, furniture and how everything connects. The goal isn't to give you more ideas. It's to help you see which of your instincts are right, which aren't serving you, and what to do about it.

Clients consistently tell us the session felt less like being advised and more like finally being able to think clearly about their home. That's what happens when you have the right person in the room with you.

You'll come away with:

  • A clear design direction for the rooms we cover — layout, colour, materials, lighting, and how they connect

  • Honest guidance on what to keep, what to change, and why

  • The confidence to make decisions without second-guessing

  • A written Key Points Report after the session, with links and images where relevant, so you can act on everything we discussed

Available across Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds.

"After our consultation I now have a kitchen plan which is creative and cohesive, warm with personality and soul. Rebecca also tweaked the layout, which both myself and my husband hadn't thought of but will make the kitchen flow and work better."

Rebecca from Bailey&Co Interior Design

Hi, I'm Rebecca — interior designer and founder of Bailey&Co.

I work with homeowners across Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds who want a home that genuinely reflects them. My job isn't to impose a look — it's to listen carefully, look at your space with a trained eye, and help you make the decisions that have been eluding you.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What do I get after the session? A written Key Points Report covering everything we discussed — including links and images where relevant. It's designed to be something you can pick up and act on, not just read once and file away.

Do I need to prepare anything? Nothing is required. If you have a Pinterest board or saved images, bring them — they help me understand your instincts quickly. If you have architect's plans for any of the rooms we're covering, those are worth having to hand.

Is this in person or online? Always in person. Seeing your space in real light, with your existing furniture and finishes, is what makes the advice genuinely useful rather than theoretical.

I'm not in Bristol — can I still book? I work regularly across Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds. If you're further afield, get in touch and I'll let you know whether I cover your area.

Can we cover the whole house in a half-day? In four hours we can realistically go deep on two to three rooms, or cover a whole floor of a house depending on size. The aim is always quality over quantity — rooms that are properly resolved, not a rushed overview of everything. If you have more than three rooms to work on, we can talk about whether the Full Design Service might be a better fit.

Stop second-guessing. Start deciding.

If you've been going in circles on your home — too many options, not enough confidence — a Designer Half-Day is the fastest way to break through it.
